Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

My recent stay was overall pleasant with comfortable beds and friendly hotel staff who were accommodating. However, I did notice that the room cleanliness could have been better and the housekeeping service was inconsistent. It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve on these aspects to enhance the overall guest experience.

Let me spin you a yarn about the homemade muffins at La Quinta—they were a slice of heaven! The breakfast spread was a delight, with hot waffles and a killer buffet. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a sweet touch. The staff, both over the phone and at the front desk, were as friendly as a Gulf Coast sunset.

Now, let's chat about the pool situation. Definitely a letdown—I was promised a discount for the icky pool but got nada.

The views from my room were absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lake view that made my mornings incredibly calming and serene. The leisure facilities were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable.

I did encounter a few issues with housekeeping, as the sheets on one of the beds were dirty and there were leaves and sand underneath the sheets of another bed.

The location by the interstate was super convenient. The shower and comfortable bed were mind-blowing. Loved the clean room. Angel's kind and helpful service was a jaw-dropping surprise. , I was thrilled to learn about their pet-friendly policy.

The staff was friendly and the room clean at La Quinta By Wyndham Biloxi. Special mention to Angel, the front desk clerk, and the breakfast cook for their exceptional service. The spacious room impressed me, with comfortable amenities and a clean bathroom. The pet-friendly policy was a plus. The swimming pool area was inviting, offering relaxation, and the nearby Biloxi Lighthouse and other landmarks provided enjoyable family outings. Unfortunately, cleanliness issues were noticed, impacting my overall experience negatively.

Our room here was recently renovated, super clean, and had two TVs. 📺 Plus, we had yummy waffles for breakfast right in our room and a private bathroom. the central beach location was a big bonus! 🏖️

The breakfast had a lot of options including eggs and hot waffles. My room was equipped with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a writing desk. - the hotel's central location was favorable on the Gulf coast. - the hotel was conveniently situated near a Waffle House across the street and close to the beach, stores, the interstate, and several shopping malls.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites in Biloxi is well-located, offering easy access to various recreational opportunities nearby. The double room provided was pretty, clean, and well-appointed, with the convenience of ironing facilities and free toiletries in the bathroom.

The noise level during my stay was almost unbearable, as the guests above my room were very loud, impacting the overall experience. the unaddressed issue of molded shower curtains and the lack of proper housekeeping resulted in a less than satisfactory stay.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to the beach, restaurants, in a great neighborhood, and the room is big and modern, equipped with everything needed.

The location was perfect for our event, and the overall atmosphere of the establishment was top-notch.

The rooms here are clean, spacious, and come with waffles, private bathrooms, and handicap accessibility.

The accommodation was relaxing and fairly clean. the rooms were air-conditioned and well-maintained. - Outstandingly accommodating and super friendly staff, from the manager on down. - Appreciated our recently remodeled room that was very clean. - Our room was available with 2 TVs and waffles, as an example.

I absolutely adored the cozy sitting area in the lobby adorned with beautiful, comfortable sofas and chairs. It was a perfect spot for senior guests like me to relax and chat with other travelers. Additionally, the accessibility features for seniors throughout the hotel, such as wide hallways and clearly marked exits, made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

I would only ask for more assistance from the children of the staff to help senior guests with their luggage, as it can be quite challenging for us at times.
